Edmond LaFrance is a member of Tidewater's Investment Committee and curently a co-founder and Director of ARA National Seniors Housing Group based in Dallas, Texas.   Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA) is the largest privately held, full-service investment advisory brokerage firm in the nation that focuses exclusively on the multi-housing industry.  Mr. LaFrance provides Tidewater with marketing consultation and introductions to potential capital partners for its various Series development projects.  Prior to joining Tidewater, Mr. LaFrance held senior business development positions with Portsmouth International, a firm which owned and oversaw various entrepreneurial ventures, plus Enterprise Fleet Management where he was pivotal in helping shape regional and national best-practices.  Mr. LaFrance's distinguished career began as a Controller for Harvard Management Company, wherein he served as an Officer of Harvard University and initially became acquainted with Mr. Tuyn.  Mr. LaFrance graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Investments from Babson College and has a concentration in Economic History from The University of Sydney (NSW, Australia).
