David Staples, formerly of The Related Group, is a Consultant for Tidewater's Series P (www.sandspointcostarica.com) project in Costa Rica. Mr. Staples has been tremendously successful over the years as the top producing Sales Director for billionaire developer Jorge Perez and highly regarded in the real estate community for his keen ability to create, manage and operate multi-family housing sales centers throughout Florida. Originally from Boston, Mr. Staples earned a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Wesleyan University and earned his M.B.A. from New York University.
