Cheryl Hardy is a member of Tidewater's Investment Committee and Managing Partner of Cardinal Ventures, LLC based in Winter Park, Florida. Ms Hardy's team provides Tidewater with comprehensive and multi-tiered financing solutions for its various Series projects. In addition, she actively participates in the full due diligence process through frequent site visits on behalf of investors as well as careful analysis of each project's capital structure and management team. Prior to joining Tidewater, Ms Hardy held senior marketing positions at Diversified Mineral Group, CXO Media Inc., PBS Business Channel and Stratys Learning. Her career in sales and marketing began as a Financial Analyst at Texas Instruments before she became Director of World Wide Marketing for Ernst & Young's IT Services. Ms Hardy sits on various Advisory Boards including those of UCLA IS Associates, Fragrances of Florida, LLC and Pace University School of Engineering. Ms Hardy holds a B.S. In Finance from Florida State University and earned a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
